process online for the Affordable Housing
Projects all over Haryana and scratching the method of accepting physical
forms as the process has changed completely. So it's becoming difficult for
people to understand the whole online procedure, and people face many problems.
And people are unaware of the documents required for applying Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana online form
2020-21. Therefore, to make the process more understandable and sort out all
the queries for using online, we will explain to you every step for the
successful submission of your application so that you do not face any issues
while submitting.
The following steps are
required to apply online for Pradhan
Mantri Awas Yojana Online Form 2020-21.
1 – Scan/Soft Copy of the
Applicant's PAN Card
2 – Scan/Soft Copy of the
Applicant's Aadhar Card
3 – Scan/Soft Copy of the
Applicant's Photograph
4 – A working mobile phone number is required to get an OTP and for further communication.
5 – For the user-id, use your
current email address, and for other communication, use your phone number.
6 – If you did not get an
allocation, you must fill out your bank account information to receive a
refund.

STEPS to follow while applying Online Application for Affordable Housing
STEP 1. To start the application process, click on the above-given link; it is necessary to fill in Applicant's Email id and Name and Applicant phone number, and then you can click on E-Apply.
STEP 2.
Under the Live Section, you'll find the Project Details for which applications are being accepted. We have supplied you with the necessary information to answer all of your questions. This part allows you to see all of the project's specifics and determine the project type you wish to apply for.
STEP 3: To register the application at this portal, go to the Homepage and click on the USER REGISTRATION icon in the upper right corner.
STEP 4: Fill in your essential information to register on the site, such as your email address, Password, applicant's name, and mobile number to receive an OTP. Fill out the captcha and then press the Register button.
After filling out the essential information, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Fill out the OTP and click the SUBMIT BUTTON. The OTP is only valid for another few minutes, so fill it out as rapidly as feasible.
Step 5: You will be routed to the Applicant Profile Section after entering your basic information. You must put in your Permanent Address as it appears on your Aadhar Card in this area. Then, after filling in your PAN number, Aadhar number, and bank account information, click the Register button after accepting the terms and conditions.
Step 6: After clicking the register button, you will be routed to the Supporting Documents Field in the following step. After successfully submitting your Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and Passport Size Picture, click the Finish PROFILE REGISTRATION Button.
Part-1 of the online Application part is completed; now, let's move
to the Part-2 process.
PART-2 (Online Application for the Project & Online Payment Process)
Step 1. Once again, you are at the Homepage of https://edraw.tcpharyana.gov.in/tcp-dms/home. For other processes, Click on the Login button at the top right corner of the Home Page.
Step 2. After logging into the account, you will be redirected to a page requiring you to fill in your user id, i.e., your email id and The password that you have generated at the time of registration, and then click on the login button. You will now receive OTP on your registered mobile number; immediately fill in the OTP, and click on the Login button.
Step 3. You will now be routed to the Homepage, where you may view the project's information. The Apply button is directly below the Construction Project and Pamphlet Button in the right-hand corner; click on the Apply Button and pick the Type of Apartment you wish to apply to.
Step 4. After selecting the Type of Apartment Next, go to the Applicant Profile Section. You will fill in the details of the nominee and dependent members and click on the Submit Button.
Step 5. In the next step, you need to select your category; you will find the CATEGORY button near the APPLICANT PROFILE, where you can choose your General category and click on the submit button.
Step 6. Just near the CATEGORY BUTTON, you will find the DOCUMENTS BUTTON, where you can upload your PAN card, Aadhar Card, and photograph, and then click on the submit button.
Step 7. Now click on the REGISTRATION FEES BUTTON and select the
Type you have applied for. Next, you need to pay a 590/ fee.
Credit cards, debit cards, and online banking can only be used as a payment mode.
Step 8. After completing the payment, click on the APPLICATION FEES Button to pay the Booking Amount, 5% of the total unit cost. To pay the money, select the Type you applied for and click the PAY button. Fees can be paid in various ways, including Debit Card, Credit Card, and Internet Banking.
Step 9. Download your Payment Receipt after making the payment and then go to the FINAL SUBMISSION section; and after verifying all the details filled, click on the submit button. At the end of the submission, you will find Your Application Number and Receipt and a PDF will be shown, which can be downloaded. Always use the save as pdf option to download the receipt for future reference.
