The affordable housing scheme by Huda is a scheme created by the government under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. The scheme allows housing affordable to everyone and also provides the subsidy for all upcoming affordable housing projects to make housing affordable to lower and middle-class families. b. The allotment of Up to 5% of flats as made clear in the building plans, can be allotted to employees/ relatives etc.

c. Criteria for allotments of apartments: The Affordable housing scheme by Huda under the Haryana government will be booked based on the lucky draw wherein one will have to make the booking and they would be served on the "first-come, first-serve basis. There is a separate committee made who will supervise and make sure that a transparent procedure will be followed while allocation.

After the final list of allocation is passed, a waitlist for a maximum of 25% of the total number of flats will also be released keeping in mind the last-minute cancellations.
